FORGE by Talos Dynamic · In development

Turn scope
into proof.

Connect business requirements,
software testing, and release evidence.

FORGE is being built to connect business requirements, software testing, and release readiness—so your team can see what was tested, what happened, and what still needs attention.

FORGE / EVIDENCE PATHIllustrative workflow

Start with the business outcome

“Does the change do
what we agreed?”

01
Define the requirement

Capture the expected business outcome.

02
Connect the test

Keep the check tied to its source.

03
Review the evidence

See results, exceptions, and open questions.

An informed release decision

People stay accountable for the next step.

01 / The problem

The work is connected.
The evidence should be, too.

Requirements in a document. Tests in a spreadsheet. Screenshots in a chat. When the pieces live apart, understanding release readiness becomes another project.

01

Keep the original intent in view.

Connect test planning to business requirements, so teams can review the expected outcome alongside the recorded result.

02

Make exceptions easier to find.

Bring test results and supporting evidence into view, including failures and items that still need review.

03

Support the people making the call.

Give analysts, testers, and release leads a shared point of reference for the next conversation.

02 / What we’re building

From business scope
to release evidence.

FORGE brings together a set of capabilities around a simple idea: a test result is more useful when you can trace it back to the requirement.

Where FORGE stands today

FORGE is in active development. The hosted workspace is restricted to authorized access; public self-service signup is not available. Automated browser execution, AI drafting, and email delivery are not enabled in the hosted workspace.

Requirements & test planning

Organize business requirements and connect them to test cases and expected outcomes.

Guided test preparation

Explore AI-assisted test proposals with human review and explicit approval before supported execution.

Results & retained evidence

Review recorded outcomes alongside screenshots and journey recordings from supported test runs.

Release readiness

Bring evaluated requirements, open reviews, and recorded blockers into one view to support release discussions.

03 / Who we’re talking to

For the teams between
business and software.

We’re exploring recurring validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ERP, WMS, MES, and internal business applications. Support for any specific system must be assessed.

Business analysts & product owners

Keep business expectations connected to what gets tested.

QA & UAT teams

Make repeatable checks and their supporting evidence easier to follow.

IT & release leads

A few useful answers

Before we talk.

Can I sign up for FORGE today?

FORGE is in development, and public self-service signup is not available. Authorized users can open the private workspace. Contact Talos Dynamic to discuss your workflow and whether a future evaluation could be a fit.

Does FORGE automate every application?

No. Current executable testing is limited to supported scenarios in controlled local validation. Your application, authentication, business rules, and permissions need to be assessed before any execution is considered.

Is FORGE only for software developers?

The product direction includes business analysts, product owners, business testers, QA teams, and release leads. The focus is connecting business intent to test evidence, with clear ownership of decisions.

What should I bring to a product conversation?

A short description of your application, the change you need to validate, how testing works today, and where the evidence becomes difficult to manage. A general workflow description is enough to start.

Help shape what comes next

Let’s talk about
your next release.

Show us where requirements, testing, or release evidence gets difficult to manage. We’ll start with the workflow and discuss whether FORGE could fit.
